In 2000 at the CD presentation of Dreamcarnation, Ed Wernke and Ed Roes asked me to replace Peter de Jong, who had just left the band. I thought it was great to join them. In the past The Last Detail and Timelock had shared the stage many times with them. I said yes and did a number of concerts with FAF and appear on one song ('We Can Not') of their album 'The Big Room'. This CD is their last with Peter de Jong who hadn't completed recording when he left. In 2003 FAF decided to work with a new keyboard player. Ron Mozer took over from me. Ed and Hans helped Timelock by performing on the CD 'Circle of Deception', Ed played all the drums and Hans did some extra vocal parts. In 2008 I returned for FAF's 20th anniversary party to play on: Giving up/Each And Every Day/We Can Not.
